For over 20 years I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples and families.
I believe in using methods that are grounded in theory and research. My goal is not just to help people, but to help people help themselves. I view people as resourceful. My role is to facilitate them in accessing their thoughts and feelings and expressing them. Becoming aware of themselves on a deeper level enables people to access their own resources. This frees them up to live the life they want to live.
I see myself as a resource for people who want confidential help to deal with personal issues and I strive hard to deliver effective productive service in a timely manner.
My office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and my specialty is in helping people resolve their inner conflicts.
